City of London Arena Protocols

The City of London will have a greeter/screener at the entrance to the arena. The role of this person is to ensure groups are arriving on time, follow required protocols and ensure everyone has been screened prior to entering the facility.
 Attached you will find a City of London COVID Health Assessment Form. This form is required to be filled out by each member of your group each time you have ice booked. We encourage you to do this ahead of time to speed up the entry process into the arena.
 Each ice surface will allow 20 participants plus 2 goalies maximum. (The refs and timekeepers do not count towards the participants.)
 Each time will be provided 2 dressing rooms. Dressing room limits are in place and if extra space is required seats outside the dressing room are available.
 Players must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled ice time. We are suggesting that all players come partially dressed. All players will follow check in procedures while maintaining social distancing.
 All players must exit the building within 15 minutes of getting off the ice. Do not socialize in the parking lot upon leaving the facility.
 Masks are mandatory inside enclosed public spaces. Masks are to be worn at all times within the facility including the dressing rooms. Masks can be removed immediately before leaving the dressing room for the ice surface and need to be put back on immediately after returning to the dressing room.
 One spectator per participant is permitted
 Participants must remain in the dressing room until your scheduled ice time and the Zamboni has left the ice.
 Absolutely no spitting anywhere in the facility.
 Showers are not available
 Water fountains will not be available. Sharing of water bottles is prohibited. Bottle filling stations are available.
